An animal rescue group established since March 2009 in Shanghai to raise awareness to the community on Adopting, Fostering animals, Pet Care & Health, Pet Education, and Regulations. We want to cooperate with other rescue groups/organisations in hopes to save as many strays and abandoned animals in Shanghai. We at JAR believe every animal deserves a safe, secure and loving home.....
